
Rhubarb
Pie
(It
is really a rhubarb custard pie)
1
1/2c rhubarb cut into 1/2 inch pieces before measuring
7/8 c sugar
1 egg
2 tb flour
Mix.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Top with lattice strips or whole
pastry top.
Bake
10 min at 450, 40 min at 350. Cover with paper if it browns too
fast.
