A
Variety of Salad Dressings
The basic mountain dressing for raw green salad, whether alone
or mixed, is fried bacon, cut fine, then add vinegar, pinch of
salt, pinch of sugar. Pour hot bacon mixture over greens. To slightly
wilt greens, the hot iron skillet is turned over the bowl of greens.
Any combination of greens to suit the taste may be used.
